We are happy you are interested in joining our team! You must first submit your application on the Apply Now page. Once we have reviewed your resume, we will send you an email to sign up for the Arise Platform and start the assessment process. Before continuing with the process, we will email an interview request if you have something we need to follow up on. Once you pass the assessment, the onboarding process will begin. As an independent contractor, you will need to provide your own device. To succeed in this role, you will need any Windows or Mac computer with a reliable internet connection. Your computer must have at least 4 GB of RAM, a minimum dual-core processor, an updated web browser, and a reliable antivirus program. Equipment requirements varies by program. If you have any questions about setting up your work station or resources to find equipment please send an email to registration@luxurysupportconnect.com.

Of course! As long as you have a hard- wired internet connection and don't stay in the following states you will be set to work anywhere and anytime you need!

Luxury Support Connections and Arise Virtual Solutions are not hiring in the following states California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin.. 

Yes! A $30 background check is required to be paid to Arise Virtual Solutions before you start your certification course for the client contract you select. The $30 fee will be returned to you from Luxury Support Connections LLC on your first check via direct deposit! We want to make sure that you are worry-free while being an agent in our call center. Each background check is valid for 3 years of servicing.

Fortune 500 companies are outsourcing their call volume through a cloud-based platform called Arise. Then, Arise Virtual Solutions signs contracts with small and upcoming call center businesses like Luxury Support Connections to provide the opportunity for people to make extra income working remotely.

Luxury Support Connections LLC and Arise Virtual Solutions will not pay for the time spent in certification course.  It is important that independent contractors and authorized agents take full advantage of the free education offered as it relates to the industry and the training you need to do the job properly from home. 

There is a $20 class-confirmation fee that will be returned to you on the first full day of training. The clients sometimes offer incentives of $100+ when you finish your certification. 

There are dozens of companies that you can provide service for as a 1099 agent on the Arise platform. Positions vary from sales to customer service, technical support, email support and chat support. You are able to choose a client you want to provide service to and work on your own schedule. We are a growing company and are working on having positions for W2 employees that would enable them to work full time. If working as a 1099 agent on Arise isn’t for you, then please keep an eye out for job postings and follow us on social media. We also encourage you to sign up for our email list.

Registration usually takes as little as 1 day to complete depending on the agent. Once registration and your certification class is scheduled it may take up to 1 months to start receiving your first check deposit from Luxury Support Connections LLC. Keep in mind the time varies by each client and Arise now have Earn While You Learn and Daily Pay options.
