Independent contractors have control over their own schedules and can set their work hours, with the potential to work as much as 30 hours per week.

For your convenience, our paydays fall on the 10th and 24th day of every month. You have the option of using Daily Pay to access your funds early. All client pay rates are hourly, and, as an 1099 agent, no taxes will be deducted from your checks. There is an administrative fee of $65 to ensure access to a sophisticated platform, training resources, client support, and continue use of the Arise platform.
