Luxury Support Connections, a virtual call center partnered with Arise, is seeking dedicated, professional, and customer-focused individuals to provide exceptional customer service for fortune 500 companies. As a remote agent, you will support high-end clientele, delivering outstanding service experiences that align with the luxury standards of our partner clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-tier customer experiences.

You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, assisting with issues or concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.  Job Title: 1099 Part-Time Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote USA(work from home)

Equipment Provided: No

Pay and Benefits:

• Salary: $10-$17 per hour, depending on client, twice a month
• Bonus/Incentives: Register for certification course within 7 days to receive $120 after 90 days of servicing
• Bonus/Incentives: $75 every 6 months of servicing clients for a minimum of 65 hours per month

 Minimum Equipment Requirements:

• Desktop or Laptop (must be a desktop or laptop; tablets and smartphones are not acceptable).
• Operating System:
• Windows: Windows 10 or newer (64-bit version required).
• Mac: macOS 10.14 (Mojave) or newer.
• Processor: Minimum of 2.0 GHz processor (i5 or i7 preferred).
• RAM: Minimum 4GB of RAM (8GB recommended).
• Storage: Minimum 20GB of available disk space.

• High-speed, wired internet connection is required.
• Download Speed: Minimum of 10 Mbps.
• Upload Speed: Minimum of 3 Mbps.
• No Wi-Fi: A wired Ethernet connection is required for optimal performance.
• Noise-canceling headset with microphone is required for clear communication.

• No degree required
• Background check $30 paid to Arise Virtual Solutions(Luxury Support Connections LLC will return fee when agent receives first direct deposit)
• 0-1 years of customer service experience required
